Age 28 – 33 years old, minimum University Degree in Management from reputable university, have experience at least 4 years in handling Human Resource Management and General Affairs matters, preferably from distribution or trading company. Have competence in managerial skill, good analytical and communication skill. To be stationed in Jakarta.
RECRUITMENT STAF (REC) Reporting directly to Organization Development Lead. Age 27 – 29 years old, minimum University Degree in Management from reputable university, have experience at least 2 years in handling recruitment, preferably from petrochemicals industry. Familiar with Interview technique, have good analytical and interpersonal skill. To be stationed in Jakarta.
